The Progressive Alternatives Society of Calgary is a local non-profit organization that is committed to working with adults with developmental disabilities. PASC staff provide the 1:1 support that’s needed to transition participants into employment and community engagement.

Working at PASC as a Facilitator is a way to make a lasting and genuine connection with a person, while giving them the support they need to achieve independence and fulfillment in life. Our Facilitators spend time with Participants at their place of work, as well as out in the community where they can pursue their interests and hobbies. This is a job that gives back in more ways than one and is perfect for people who are passionate about social justice.
Our Facilitators help Participants make connections with others in the community and at work. To do this requires looking past barriers and seeking opportunities. Creativity and adaptability are great characteristics for working at PASC, as well as an ability to motivate and inspire others.
